The Facelift

Our client here had a classic Winchester house that they wanted to extend and give a complete facelift to.

As you can see the works completely transformed the property to great effect.

The clients were able to live in the house throughout the project with their young family.

Small Extension

This project was a very high specification kitchen extension.

The client was again able to live in the property throughout the works.

Twyford - Historic Cottage Extension

This project entailed the complete remodelling of this period Twyford property, with the addition of a two story rear extension. This enabled the property to fulfil it’s true potential, and become befitting for living.

Romsey - Cottage Renovation and Extension

This period cottage was derelict, a two story rear extension was added as part of a complete renovation, whilst maintaining many of the period structural features of the building, including the historic roof to the original building.

Large house renovation

This seven bedroom Winchester house was completely derelict before programmes of extending and renovating had taken place, which is now approaching completion.

Different parts of this project have included:

  • Orangery extension
  • Oak framed extension
  • Excavation of cellar, underpinning and waterproofing to create additional living space

City Loft Conversion

This was a loft conversion to a classic mid terrace property within central Winchester’s Streets.

We managed all the planning, design and structural engineering for our client here. Our client lived in the property throughout the process, with all the work being performed of the scaffold until the very end stages.

The conversion has resulted in a dramatic change to property, with the addition of a stunning additional living space.

Oak Framed Carports, Outbuildings & Porches

Our in-house capentry team created this beautiful double bay carport.
